We work with a group of specialised partners on discrimination and racism. We appreciate the relevance of their analyses and expertise. However, we regularly find that there are few or no employees of African descent working in certain organisations. We want to be involved in these organisations in order to promote diversity.
We are a member of the Coalition for a national action plan against racism.
